With seven years of experience working in Audio Visual Production & Live Events, I currently work at SEBASS Events. I work in both Sales and Operations, and am located in Palm Beach, Florida.

SALES + OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - SEBASS EVENTS
In my role at SEBASS Events as a Sales + Operations Coordinator, I plan and execute luxury events alongside my talented team. Clear communication and detailed planning are key to hosting successful events. I ensure the clients' vision and expectations for the event can be supported and executed by our team.

AUDIO VISUAL SALES MANAGER - THE BREAKERS PALM BEACH
In this position at The Breakers I was responsible for contacting clients, creating proposals, recommending pricing and overseeing group contact on site. I kept clear and timely communication with our internal planning teams, along with the client's external planners. I coordinated event details with the operational teams and ensured that they had everything needed to execute events at the highest caliber.

AUDIO VISUAL COORDINATOR - THE BREAKERS PALM BEACH
As the coordinator on the Audio Visual team at The Breakers Palm Beach, I acted as the all around bridge between our sales & operations teams. Working with our internal teams, my main focus was process efficiency, and cohesion amongst the team.

RIGGER - CREW ONE PRODUCTIONS
I worked for Crew One as a Rigger on a freelance basis in their festival division. Crew One supports large scale music festivals across the southeast and are a recognized ETCP labor provider. My most recent work with Crew One was the 2022 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival.

RIGGER & LIGHTING TECHNICIAN - REBEKAH'S DREAMS ENTERTAINMENT AND PRODUCTION SERVICES
I worked as a Rigger and Lighting Technician for RDEPS on a freelance basis for the first two years of my time in W. Palm Beach. At the time, they held the contract for all rigging in the Palm Beach County Convention Center, where I worked regularly, supporting their various events. I also worked with them in many other venues around the region, from luxury country clubs to stadiums.

PRODUCTION SERVICES SPECIALIST - REBEKAH'S DREAMS ENTERTAINMENT AND PRODUCTION SERVICES
RDEPS specializes in production management, labor management, event coordination, rentals, sales, and services. Once events returned after covid, I was offered a position assisting in all of these areas of production for the company. We worked with a very diverse clientele including theaters, commercial properties, worship facilities, schools, hotels, nightclubs, country clubs, and private residences.

AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN - THE BREAKERS PALM BEACH
My first role with the company was an Audio Visual Technician. I worked in all capacities of audio, video, and lighting. Setting / striking events, operating digital audio / video / lighting consoles and equipment, as well as hanging any necessary rigging. The Breakers AV operates as a luxury, in-house production team that supports a variety of events. Their technicians are cross trained across the different aspects of Event Production, to ensure the highest level of service to their clients.

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN - THE CHAPEL
At The Chapel I had a very wide range of tasks. I was on the Production Team where I would operate, maintain, and implement new audio, lighting, and video systems. Aside from the operation of these systems, I would regularly set-up and tear-down all of these areas of production. I was in charge of all minor set changes for various events, as well as working with the rest of the Production Team on major set changes. I also regularly created and installed permanent A/V systems of different types for our new worship campuses.

LIGHTING TECHNICIAN -Â PAUL O PRODUCTIONS (P.O.P.)
I worked as a freelance Lighting Technician for P.O.P. I assisted in coordinating the lighting team, and worked various shows in and around Western New York. We did events in venues such as convention centers, arenas, and outdoor amphitheaters.
MY SKILLS
EVENT PLANNING / HOSPITALITY
Having a unique opportunity to work in the Palm Beach luxury events industry, I have been trained by some of the worlds leading hospitality executives. The Breakers prides itself in offering incredible luxury to its guests. Not only because they have the highest quality products, but because they offer the highest quality service. Working side by side with world renowned wedding planners, event designers, and global production companies, I have learned the art of hosting well planned events.
LIGHTING
I have been a lighting technician and enthusiast for the last 7 years, it's what drew me to the industry. I learned on a medium sized rig with a mixture of conventional, and intelligent fixtures, run by a GrandMA2. From there I started freelancing, working on different sized shows, in many different venues and continued on the GrandMA system, working as a L1 at The Breakers. Learning the niche of wedding, and luxury event lighting, I transitioned to the sales side of the industry. I enjoy spreading my knowledge of how impactful well-executed lighting can be for an event. In my free time I work with a local non-profit, Wood Hall, in WPB, as a lighting designer for their Listening Room experiences.
RIGGING
I assisted and led rigging operations at The Breakers, as well as in many Southeast Florida venues. I have experience rigging in ballrooms, warehouses, convention centers, amphitheaters, arenas, and festivals. I am well versed in using scissor, boom, and fork lifts. I am very comfortable in the grid pulling points, climbing steel/scaffolding, running motor cables, and getting the whole rig flown.
AUDIO
I have experience mixing live audio on a variety of consoles for different events. These days I use my experience to ensure all aspects of the show are planned for in advance. Working in a diverse event industry, I am responsible for translating specific audio requirements to be easily understood by my clients. I also have experience organizing, and operating audio with high end clients such as Former Presidents of The United States, members of The U.S. Congress & Senate, CEO's of Fortune 500, and high-end companies.​
VIDEO
I currently sell and coordinate many different types of video systems for a wide range of events. LED walls, camera & broadcast systems, projection screens & mapping projects, etc. I ensure the client's needs are met and exceeded by the equipment and service provided.
INSTALLATION / INTEGRATION / REPAIR
I am capable of terminating audio, video, and network lines of different forms, accurately creating, and labeling looms. I have experience installing during new construction, as well as integrating this gear into existing venues. I am able to build out and create new equipment racks for temporary or permanent use.

After a few years at The University at Buffalo, I transferred to SUNY Erie to finish my degree. I hold an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
